Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Habit Challenge: Win the Day (the "App"), provided by mfv.apps ("Developer").

By accessing or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.

Purpose of the App

The App is a habit and challenge tracking tool that helps you plan and monitor personal routines. The App is provided for personal productivity and informational purposes only.

Free Features and Lifetime Pro

The App may include free functionality and optional paid functionality presented as Lifetime Pro. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants perpetual access to premium features.

Purchases, Restore, and Refunds

In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and may be managed using RevenueCat. Pricing and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase completion. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

Local Data and Device Responsibility

The current version of the App does not provide a login or account-based cloud synchronization system. Habit and challenge data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or its content
• Attempt to interfere with its operation
• Bypass purchase or access controls
• Reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems

Availability and Changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the App, subject to applicable law and the rights attached to completed purchases. We may introduce new paid features, but will not remove access to purchased Lifetime Pro features.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves or as required by applicable law or platform policies. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), mfv.apps ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulan Habit Challenge: Win the Day mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını yönetir.

Uygulamanın Amacı

Uygulama, kişisel rutinlerinizi planlamanıza ve izlemenize yardımcı olan bir alışkanlık ve challenge takip aracıdır.

Ücretsiz Özellikler ve Lifetime Pro

Uygulama, ücretsiz işlevler ve Lifetime Pro olarak sunulan isteğe bağlı ücretli işlevler içerebilir. Lifetime Pro tek seferlik, tekrarlanmayan bir satın alımdır.

Satın Alma, Geri Yükleme ve İadeler

Uygulama içi satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. İade istekleri ilgili uygulama mağazasına yönlendirilmelidir.

Yerel Veriler ve Cihaz Sorumluluğu

Uygulamanın mevcut sürümü bulut sinkronizasyon sistemi sunmaz. Verilerinizi yedeklemekten siz sorumlusunuz.

Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı ve müdahale etmeye çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz.

Kullanılabilirlik ve Değişiklikler

Uygulamanın bölümlerini iyileştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Satın alınmış Lifetime Pro özelliklerine erişim kaldırılmayacaktır.

Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yazılımda hata olmadığını garantilemiyoruz.

Gizlilik

Uygulamayı kullanımınız ayrıca Gizlilik Politikamıza tabidir.

Bu Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Gerekli olduğunda bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz.
